Put "Monza" in your navigation, and you're ready to go! You'll be hard-pressed to find an F1 race this accessible.
Two of Italy's most crucial motorways run through the nearby metropolis of Milan - the A1 spine road with links to Rome and the A4 motorway linking the east coast and Trieste to Turin and the French border. However, both motorways are busy, so be prepared for possible traffic jams, especially on weekdays and Sundays.
TIP: Look at our parking section. Then click on a specific pin in the car park, and the navigation will conveniently guide you to the F1 race in Monza, where you can leave your car or motorbike.
From the city of Milan, take the A51 in a north-easterly direction, which will take you along the four-lane road to the ring road. The Autodromo Nazionale Monza is signposted on the exits from the feeder. The journey will take about 30 minutes when the traffic is smooth.
Take the A4 motorway, and take the Agrate exit. If there are no traffic jams, the journey to the F1 race in Monza will take about 30 minutes.
Take the A8 and A9 motorways towards Milan. At the Fiera Milano exit, take the A52 bypass. It's slower than the higher-capacity, flatter A4 motorway that runs parallel to it, but it's free. At the Lecco-Monza exit, take the SS36.
